Who can use the IsaLife app?
IsaLife™ is the perfect tool for Customers and Associates in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom who use Isagenix products as part of their daily routine. The app is currently available in English only.
Where can I download IsaLife?
Isagenix Customers and Associates can download IsaLife for free at the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
Which mobile devices support IsaLife?
IsaLife is available for iPhone (iOS version 10.2 and above, 5S or newer) and Android (version 5.1.1 and above) devices only. The app is not supported using Blackberry, Windows Phone, or Kindle Fire. Please note, IsaLife was designed for mobile telephones, and we do not recommend running the app on an iPad or Android tablet.
How do I log in to IsaLife?
IsaLife uses the username and password you use to log in to your existing Isagenix account.
How do I recover my username or password?
To recover your username, contact Customer Care at (877) 877-8111 or by emailing Support@IsagenixCorp.com. To reset your password, please visit your Back Office login page and select the “Forgot Password” link.
How do I set up fingerprint login on my device?
We recommend referring to the manufacturer’s website for instructions on creating a fingerprint login for your iOS or Android device.
Which programs are available in IsaLife?
Customers and Associates can currently enroll in the Weight Wellness program through the IsaLife app. An IsaBody Challenge® program is coming soon!
Can I use IsaLife if I’m not using a system, pak, or another program?
Absolutely! IsaLife is a customizable tool that allows you to integrate your favorite Isagenix products into your routine.
Who can see my photos or measurements?
Your photos, weight goals, and measurements are only visible to you unless you opt to share them with others.
What should I share on my Activity Feed?
We encourage you to share your activity, progress, and badges to your Activity Feed and your other social media platforms like Facebook or Instagram. The more support, the better! All posts from Isagenix will appear in everyone’s Activity Feed, so it’s not necessary to share them again with your team.
Who can see my posts in the Activity Feed?
Your Activity Feed shares information you post with those you are connected to in IsaLife. When posting, you also have the option to select sharing with your team, your coach, or both.
Can I remove posts from my Activity Feed?
You can delete your own personal posts and hide posts from others that appear in your Activity Feed. To delete or hide a post, select the down arrow in the upper right corner of the post, and then select the applicable option.
Can I share videos from IsaTools to IsaLife?
We recommend sharing content from IsaTools directly from that app to ensure you receive all of the analytics that come with your subscription. If you would like to share a video available in IsaTools to your Activity Feed, we recommend adding the link from IsaMovie.com or from our official Isagenix YouTube page.
How can I contact my Coach with questions?
Tap the Activity Feed, and then “What’s Happening.” After typing your message or question, select “My Enrolling Sponsor” from the dropdown list just below the “Post” option. This will ensure your message or question is only visible to them. Next, select “Post” to publish your message directly to your Coach, who will receive a notification that they have a message to view.
How do I order product via IsaLife?
Customers and Associates can place one-time orders or manage their Autoship by tapping the “Shopping” (basket) icon. Use the search feature or product categories to locate your favorite Isagenix products and tap on the image and configure your preferences. Once you’re done, select “Add to Cart.”
Can I apply coupons to my IsaLife orders?
Yes! Select the shopping basket icon, and then tap the “Manage Autoship” tab. From there, you can adjust your Autoship schedule, products, payment, and shipping address. After making your adjustments, be sure to select “Confirm Schedule” or “Confirm Changes” to save your changes.
How do I add a new payment method in IsaLife?
How do I update my default shipping address in IsaLife?
IsaLife uses information from your existing Isagenix account. If you have multiple addresses saved to your account, you can update the default shipping address on the “Settings” tab. To add a new address, please log in to your password-protected Back Office login page.
How do I edit my product selections?
From the shopping cart, swipe right on a product to edit the packaging or quantity. To delete an item, swipe left.
How do I add food to my Daily Schedule?
Tap the checkbox to include those items or select the “Add Item” link to browse and select additional food or Isagenix products. Checking the preloaded items like IsaLean™ Shakes will automatically update your macros; however, checking the preloaded snack and meal items will only update calories unless you manually add the foods that you consumed.
Do I need to use the preloaded items on the Daily Schedule?
No. For your convenience, the Daily Schedule includes Isagenix products used on a Shake or Cleanse Day as well as reminders for when to have snacks and a 400-600 calorie meal. The Daily Schedule is customizable, and you are not required to use any of the preloaded items. Instead, select the “Add Item” link to add what you did consume during that time.
Can I remove items from my Daily Schedule?
Yes! Your Daily Schedule is editable until you complete and submit your day. To remove an item on an iPhone, swipe left and select “Delete.” On Android, hold down the item and select “Delete.” You can delete manually entered items, as well as any of the preloaded products or items in the Daily Schedule.
Can I enter food and activities in advance?
Yes! You can enter both food and fitness activities for future dates in your Daily Schedule without submitting and completing the day. On that date, you will need to go in and manually check the items to calculate your macros, calories consumed, and calories burned for the day.
How do I introduce IsaLife to new Customers?
After helping your new Customer join Isagenix, let them know what their next steps are including downloading IsaLife! For example,
You: I’m going to send you a text later today with information about downloading the IsaLife app. It’s going to make using your system so fun and easier for you to follow!
Later, follow up with a text message so your new Customer knows where to get IsaLife and how to set it up. For example,
You: I’m so excited for you to get started! If you haven’t yet, be sure to download the free IsaLife app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Your first step will be clicking on the calendar icon to set up your Weight Wellness program. It’s easy – just follow the prompts! Before your system arrives, make sure to watch the brief videos included in the app about how to do Cleanse and Shake Days, and the Product Overview. Once you’ve done all of that, shoot me a text!

How can I utilize IsaLife to connect with my team?
IsaLife is the perfect platform to help you connect with your team, especially while on the go. The app allows you to share tips and support through the Activity Feed and allows your Customers to reach out to you directly and share their experience. As an Enrolling Sponsor/Coach, IsaLife provides you with priority notifications so you know exactly when to reach out to your Customers.
How do I send a direct message to someone in my team?
Tap the “Profile” icon and then “My Personally Enrolled Team.” Once you’ve located your personally enrolled team member, tap on their name to access their profile and post a message to their Activity Feed. Your personally enrolled team member will receive a notification on their Activity Feed letting them know a message is waiting for them to view.
